Vanessa joined Pelican Garden in May of 2017 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Since then she has brightened our home with her kind smile and pleasant attitude. She is considerate and extremely sensitive to each resident’s needs and is always ready to help no matter what the situation is. She is an excellent worker and a warm, compassionate young woman.

The employee of the month is generally someone who exceeds the expectations of their job. Just doing your job isn't enough. Mayra goes above and beyond. She is always willing to help anyone. She is patient, is quick to respond to calls and questions, and helps whenever needed. When you watch her work there is no doubt everything is being done right; her efficiency is beyond question.
